Registration Process

Step 1

The QAB may submit an online application form with required documents and pay the prescribed application fee.

Step 2

The IBCC will review the application and may request any additional information, if necessary.

Step 3

The Regulatory Committee may conduct a visit to verify the presence, facilities, and operational processes of the QAB in its country of origin and its affiliated study centers in Pakistan.

Step 4

The Regulatory Committee will prepare an evaluation report based on the adherence to standards mentioned in the regulatory framework.

Step 5

The Competent Authority will make the final decision based on the recommendations of Regulatory Committee. The registration status may be granted as follows:

Provisional Registration (pending specific improvements)

Regular Registration (valid for four years)

Denial of Registration (with actionable recommendations for improvement)

Note:

The registration process generally takes 3 to 6 months; however, depending on fulfilling all requirements, the duration may exceed this time period.
