As per SOPs, the particulars on all educational documents and CNIC must be in coherence. In case there is an inconsistency, it is advisable to get relevant document rectified from issuing authority whether CNIC or educational document.

No. Applicants are advised to remove lamination/plastic coating first and then send the degrees/transcripts for attestation. If hard coating is difficult to remove, then send your documents after removing 4X4 inches hard coating from back side for the purpose of affixing stamp and signature by Attestation Officer

Such cases are processed on provision of valid documentary evidence (such as copy of old CNIC with father`s name/marriage certificate/Nikkahnama) which prove that the name and father`s name of applicant were same as written of her degree/transcript before marriage.

No. There is no exclusion for any person. However, separate windows have been established at all IBCC offices to cater the needs of differently abled persons.

Yes. You can apply for attestation of only Transcript/DMC subject to the condition that said original transcript must be verified by the concerned Board from back side or photocopy of transcript from front side.

Yes. You may apply for attestation of photocopies as well as per your requirement.

Yes. The documents can be sealed in an envelope if required by the applicant by charging a nominal fee.

The process is similar as is for attestation of SSC/HSSC/Diploma. The only difference is that you are not required to provide verification of the equivalence certificate as it has been issued by IBCC itself.
