Applicant has to provide/submit the original IBCC Attestation Ticket pasted on the back side of diploma/transcript already attested by IBCC. Moreover, the revised diploma/transcript must reflect the word 'Revised' on the face of original document. The attestation case of revised diplo-ma/transcript is processed only if the diploma holder presents documents by him/her-self or through his/her real blood relation nominee.

No, it is not necessary for the Diploma/certificate holder to come in person. He/she can get diplo-ma/certificate attested through his/her blood relations or through authorized person by giving au-thority letter to him/ her but the authority letter should be signed by the applicant himself and duly attested by class-1 Gazette Officer.
No, foreign certificates/Diploma are not attested by the IBCC. However, the IBCC determines their equivalence and equivalence letter can be attested by IBCC if requested by the applicant.

IBCC online attestation is for life time. So, there is no need for re-verification. However, if the certificates were attested before online system and attestation official has been changed meanwhile, then IBCC re-attest those certificates on submission of prescribed fee and subject to fulfillment of requirements.
