I have lost my diploma/certificate attested from IBCC. What should I do for the attestation of my duplicate diploma?

Please, provide the original FIR/affidavit along with the newspaper showing the announcement of lost diploma. The duplicate diploma/transcript must reflect the word ‘Duplicate’ on the face of orig-inal document. The attestation case of Duplicate diploma/transcript is only processed if the diploma holder presents documents by him/her-self or through his/her real blood relation nominee.
